I would recommend getting set up to accept payments within the US as VISA, Mastercard, Discovery,and American Express in addition to Cash, US Postal Money Orders. Avoid shipping using FED-X, UPS because they rates are sky high and often run more than the cost of what you are selling.

Outside the US, you may want to use Paypal but I have had enormous problems with them in making payments etc and prefer NOT to use them if it can be avoided.
